I have requested for telephonic ticket booking from rathore travels office suratgarh, on their official number 8104846849 0n 28/06/2025, for 29/06/2025, from suratgarh to chandigarh, than on 29/06/2025 I have paid 900 rs on above mentioned number buy CRED app through UPI, but i have not getted ticket booking number from travelling agency (rathore travels), when I called them they tell me to take refund, now neither they refund me my payment nor they booked my ticket, within this time duration I made to book ticket from Ganganagar to chandigarh with mental bothration of time being reach at chandigarh , because all other traveling agency house full booking that's why I made to book my bus ticket from sriGanganagar to chandigarh at 1101.45 Rs.
Now all this happened due to lack of customer friendly behaviour of booking agency operator and zero customer complaint resolution system on their system, when above mention number i have called for refund then they say come to their office and take away your money.
This rude and ridiculous behaviour made more toxic to a customer when he pay on time but no right service not right behaviour he get in response from service provider.
Even I have gave them my upi scanner also for refund, but they did not bother at a single time. I have also attached the service providers whatsapp number with their address and mail id.
