Dear Sir/Madam,
I shortlisted Thanu Solar system pvt ltd being a TATA Solar vendor in Dec 2024. I requested for 6.2KVA solar panels setup. I paid him an advance of 1.6 lakhs in the month of January 2025, as he pressurized me mentioning that solar panels prices are increasing and he needs to lock the price. But since my villa was not completely ready , i asked him to wait a while but procure all the relevant material necessary in the mean while. After a month or so, on Phone conversation, Sailu has mentioned over Phone all the material is procured and is readily available in garage and he is ready to install immediately whenever i ask for. After lot of conversations over Phone, finally he agreed to do the setup starting week of June 2025. Sailu has shipped the structure on June 7th with the promise that until june 8th all installation will be over.
After sending only the Aluminium structures, the real drama started by Sailu telling that the technician is not available to setup, and everyday a new story. Sometimes the strory is he got stuck up in some remote area and no signal connection. Sailu almost ignored my calls in spite of me leaving voice messages in whatsapp. After a strong voice message, he committed to finish it until June 30th. 1st July also came, but nothing happened. Then on phone call he agreed to transfer the money back and asked me to provide the Acct details. From july 1st to todate , every day one new story citing shortage of funds and every day one new lie.
Sailu is merely a cheater as he has neither material with him to do the job nor he is interested to do his job sincerely, which is clearly evident by his everyday new story. I am demanding my money back after deducting for the structure and i dont want to go with Thanu Solar systems any more. I am super tired. I demand TATA power also take action on Thanu Solar system Pvt ltd and cancel his franchise as this type of management of business spoils the image of TATA power too.
