One Parcel Not Delivered but Marked as Delivered (Order ID: 182094528127113088)

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order (Order ID: 182094528127113088) placed on Meesho, which included two parcels scheduled for delivery on 4th August 2025.

On the delivery date, I received only one parcel. When I asked the delivery agent about the second parcel, he said he had only one with him. He requested the OTP for that parcel, which I provided. However, after he left, the order status was updated to "Delivered" for both parcels, even though I received only one.

I have tried multiple times to contact Meesho’s customer support through the app and also requested a callback, but I have not received any response. The lack of support and false delivery update is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I request that the missing parcel be delivered immediately or that I be issued a full refund for the undelivered item. Please treat this issue as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible.
