Hi, i would like to file a case against toshiba , dawntech electroincs , Amazon, reliance resq service center. I had purchased toshiba television 50 inches , model : 50C350NP on Amazon, seller is Dawntech electronics. I was facing lines on tv and called toshiba. Service engineer visited premises and took detailed video. No scratch, no damage was found and he had conveyed that complaint has been registered and new panel will be provided. I am attaching service report and invoice as well. After multiple followups and emails i was replied after 40 days that tv has a physical damage. Which is entirely false . Still i have repeatedly calling and mailing , however there is an inappropriate reply. I want to file case of cheating and mental harassment. Tv cost : 29,999 . Mental harassment worth 1 lac

Same problem I am also facing with Toshiba. They are not giving service. It has been over a month now(since 7 Sept 2025). Called multiple times. Emailed as well on vindia@toshiba-visual.com, in.servicehead@hisense.com
Bought from amazon. Amazon is also not helping in resolving the matter.
