Unable to withdraw PF and pension through EPFO portal due present company is not approving through its Employers ID

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my name is Subham Ghosh, Address-Geetanjali Apartment, Block-A, Near Mahananda High School, Mahakal Pally, Siliguri, West Bengal-734001. I have an UAN(Unique Identification Number) through which I can withdraw PF and pension amount through the EPFO portal. Nowe the problem is that the last company which is showing as present company in EPFO portal JR infratech is not approving my request of withdrawal and transfer request and directly they are rejecting it. My UAN no is 100598832703 and the office address is- JR Infratech, Kapil Center, Sevoke Road, Siliguri-734001. Because they are not approving, that's why I am unable to withdraw my amount. Already a letter has been sent to the office by post and they have received it but showing any response. The amount Rs. 24, 804 should be reflecting in JLJLP19952500000010074

Please do the needful and do the needful at the earliest so that I can withdraw the amount as soon as possible.

We understand that the JR infratech has not responded to your emails, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the JR infratech, formally requesting a resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
