I purchased Hamilton Beach mixer grinder on 25 Jan 25 and after 6 months suddenly my mixer grinder stopped working. After lots and lots of complaint on customer care number of hamilton beach +91 90823 96245, i could get hold of them.
After 2 months, the service rep regsitered with Reliance as third party service adviser got my machine checked with spare part of motor. But sadly, the problem was of PCB. So, the rep took my machine and told me that he will get the PCB delivered at my address and also, will get the machine back if the PCB couldn’t be repaired. So he took my machine with him and after 20 days they got my machine back with damaged body and third class service.
Plz find attached the photos of damage to my machine with a cost of ₹20,000/-
I need replacement of my machine as the machine is causing sound when i run the grinder.
