I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my TV, which was damaged after being wall-mounted by Jeeves, an authorized Flipkart service partner.
The TV fell down from the wall shortly after installation. The installation was carried out by a Jeeves technician, who also extended my product warranty by 2 years at the time of installation but despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I have not received any proper response or resolution from either Flipkart or Jeeves.
I have already initiated a claim process through Flipkart, but it remains unresolved, and there has been no update or communication from the support team.

Kindly review my case on priority and help in resolving the issue or processing the claim at the earliest.
