Unresolved Steering Hardness and Alignment Issue in VW Polo GT TSI (2021 Model)

I am writing about issue with my Volkswagen Polo GT TSI Automatic, purchased in November 2021 from your authorized dealership in Hyderabad.

From day one, I have been facing two consistent issues:

  1. Steering hardness — The steering feels unusually heavy at low speeds and during parking, which is not normal for a vehicle of this class.
  2. Vehicle pulling towards the left side — Despite multiple wheel alignments and service visits, the car continues to drift left.
I have repeatedly brought these issues to the notice of the service advisors and technicians during regular maintenance visits over the last four years. However, the standard response has always been, “Everything looks good; it will get smoother with more driving.” Unfortunately, even after 25,000 km, the issue still persists.

I strongly believe the root cause has not been properly diagnosed, and my concerns have not been given due attention at the service center level.


I am not at all happy with their service.
