Dear Sir/Madam,
I request immediate strict action against Be10X (Goenka Kachave LLP) and direction for FULL REFUND ₹33,886 PLUS compensation for their AI Career Accelerator Inner Circle / AI Mastery Program. This constitutes unfair trade practices, deficiency in service, misleading advertisements, dark patterns (bait-and-switch), and deliberate refund policy evasion under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.[Attachment +1]
Payment Timeline & Bait-and-Switch Fraud:
• 15 June 2025: Paid ₹4,838.04 (UPI, HDFC RRN-516620333788) after sales team assured “this booking fee grants full access”.
• 16 June 2025: ** coerced** into paying additional ₹28,792.40 (credit card, total ₹33,886 incl. GST) via classic bait-and-switch – full payment demanded post-initial payment despite promises.[Attachment]
NEW: Be10X Refund Policy Evasion Acknowledged
Per their policy (updated 15 Jan 2025), they claim I don’t qualify for “Money-Back Guarantee” due to incomplete modules/evaluations. However, this defense is invalid because:
• Access never worked properly: LMS showed “No account exists” error for days/weeks despite full payment.
• Support deliberately failed: Assigned assistant Imran blocked me; `support@be10x.in` yields zero responses.
• Core service undelivered: Cannot complete modules without functional access/support.
My claim stands independent of their policy:
1. Misrepresentation: Promised ₹4,838 = full access; forced additional ₹33k payment.
2. Non-delivery: LMS errors persisted; job portal empty despite “100% job guarantee/18 LPA/200% money-back” brochure claims.
3. False advertising: “Google professors”, guaranteed placements – completely unfulfilled.
4. Support negligence: Assistant Imran ghosted/blocked; owner Aditya Kachave ignores Instagram pleas.[Attachment +1]
