Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent incident involving your maid service company. On 12th Oct 2025, I paid an amount of ₹7,500 for availing maid services as per the agreement and confirmation received from your representative. However, after the payment was made, there has been no response from your side — your team is not answering calls or replying to messages.
Despite several attempts to contact your representatives for service confirmation or a refund, I have received no communication. This behavior amounts to fraudulent practice and breach of trust.
I am marking this as highest priority and am copying this email to the Consumer Court and the Cyber Fraud Department for their reference and necessary action. I request you to immediately refund ₹7,500 to my account and provide a written confirmation within 48 hours of receiving this email.
Failure to respond will compel me to proceed with a formal complaint through the Consumer Forum and Cyber Crime authorities under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act.
