I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience with your service.
I purchased a dress from your website on 18th July 2025, and I received the product on 29th July 2025. However, upon receiving it, I found that the stitching was completely faulty and the fabric quality was extremely poor — nothing like what was advertised on your website.
Since 30th July 2025, I have been consistently trying to initiate a return. I reached out to your staff member, Miss (Contact No: 9537925225), for assistance. Unfortunately, her behavior throughout has been extremely unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate.
On the first day, she asked me to call again the next day.
The next day, she said your return policy only works after 3 PM. I followed her instructions and called nine times after 3 PM, but received no response and no callback.Today, when she finally answered, she again spoke to me rudely and used offensive language, which is completely unacceptable.
For your reference, I have attached the photos of the defective dress and screenshots of all my call attempts.
I request the following immediate actions:
Arrange for the return pickup of the defective dress at the earliest.
Take serious disciplinary action against the staff member (9537925225) for her unprofessional behavior.
Ensure that proper customer service and respectful communication are maintained in the future.
It is also important to note that your return policy allows only 15 working days, and despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided within this timeframe.
I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue. If I do not receive a response or resolution within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through consumer forums and social media platforms.
