I am writing this email with regards to one of the educational training institute which I have came across over Facebook they have posted for a job and the concern person name was Biddhudev. I contacted him and he promised me a job in Guwahati Brahmaputra Industrial park in factory name Patanjali.
He asked me for my CV and my education and address proof which I shared with him. He was in touch with me and kept on updating me regarding the job offer and then finally said I need to pay Rs-3250 as a charges for work uniform and blankets, pillow and other sleeping amenities which they will provide me before joining.
I am a jobless person since past 1+ years it's was a difficult task to arrange the money but after huge struggle I did arrange the money and on 21st July,2025
I travelled by train to Guwahati on reaching Guwahati on 22-07-2025 I called this person Biddhudev he asked me to come to their office situated at Beltola Bazar Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Beltola Guwahati- 781028. I went to this office and he gave me one form to fill up and then took me to his manager who was sitting inside but he was not at all looking as a manager. After a small conversation he asked me to pay the amount of Rs-2850 which I was a bit confused because earlier he said I will need to pay Rs-3250. I made a upi payment and then he said the company bike has come to pick me up. I boarded the bike and then finally after travelling for 40 minutes the driver said he was a rapido driver which gave me a shock and then finally he left me nearby a jungle and asked me to pay Rs-250 as his service charge which I have refused to pay him and then this driver started a hot argument with me . I called Biddhudev and asked him why he cheated with me on which he started shouting and used abusive languages and he also threatend me of killing me if I visited his office. I told him will not make a single penny payment and asked him to refund my money back to which he said forget that money and also abused me again stating you are a bloody filthy muslim from West Bengal who supports Mamta Banerjee. I told him if he is not returning my money then I will go to the police station to file an official complaint however I didn't went to the police station because I was too much scared as he threatend me. I got fully lost then suddenly got a call from a person named Paranjit whose number was 6901929373 he asked me where are you why have not joined your work but I didn't speak to him after 2 minutes I received another call from a lady named Gita whose number was 9864063609 she said I am the company owner where are you to which I said I am sitting at place which I myself was not aware of she said ok don't worry I am refunding you your entire money back and she kept me engaged through out the day stating server issues and so on but I didn't receive my money.
This is the entire situation which I have faced I request whoever is the concern person should be punished and I should get my money back. I have attached all the relevant documents which may help to investigate further.
