I had a very bad experience with Global Moving Solutions while transporting my car from Pune to Kanpur. I would strongly recommend people to be very careful before booking their vehicle or household goods with this company.
My experience was extremely disappointing. Extra/payment-related demands were made before delivery, and the overall coordination and service were very poor. The staff handling the matter, including Sandeep and Nitin, were not helpful and the communication was far below expectations.
I felt that the commitments made at the time of booking were not handled properly during the delivery process. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend Global Moving Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent car or household shifting service. Please clarify all charges and delivery conditions in writing before handing over your vehicle or belongings.
