I purchased my bike, Royal Enfield Classic 350, on 14th August 2024, regd. no. OD05BU9657. I payed a down payment of sum 76,500 Rs. The actual price of the vehicle equated to 2,53,600 Rs. I purchased the vehicle through financing, but the dealer sanctioned a loan of 2,02,000 Rs, which is 12,000 Rs more than what the right sanction amount should be, i.e. 1,90,000 Rs. I have complete the payment of 11 installments as of to date. I wish to have the extra charges returned to me as soon as possible to avoid further miscommunication.

sanctioned a loan of 2,02,000 Rs, which is 12,000 Rs more than what the right sanction amount should be, i.e. 1,90,000 Rs.

You first need to send a legal notice to the showroom and ask to refund the extra amount you paid with compensation and interest.

Wait for 15 days after sending the legal notice, and if they are not responding then you have strong reason to file a case against the showrrom.
