I am using whirlpool washing machine since long and every time I got best service from service point when I faced any issue. But 10th september I logged a complain for (KOL10092553632) drainage issue in washing machine. Technician visit my house and started the machine. After that something blasted in the machine and now it's totally not working, there is no connection. As I said there was only one problem with the machine it's water is not draining properly. But now there is no power connection with the machine. He is asking for 7k for pcv problem. He told us there is a high voltage issue so now machine is not working .
I have already loged another complaint against technician ( service request KOL11092531247). Still not getting any help from whirlpool customer service.
I am totally helpless. kindly look into this matter and do the needful ASAP.
