Dear sir/madam, i bought from Valan Corporation of Vectus dealer in thanjavur 613005, Re valan invoice no1635/2024-25, for Blow vectus ten-x 10 L 10/layer 1000ltr, and they did not provide written clarification for below.

1-10layers is not seems all around the tank. Varied Sample pieces provided to them in feb2025.
2-10 layers technics as per spec is not sync.
3-as i requested the written clarification from dealer valan and Vectus official since feb2025, still not received the written clarification.
4-since i did not receive the written clarification, complaint to national consumer forum # 7669245 and wait for their processes.
