I ordered a perfume on 31st august 2025 from blinkit

The item came damaged i.e the cap is very loose and the perfume is spilling which will later on lead the product to finish off just like that .
I registered the complaint on the same day and kept on mailing for a resolution but the same reply came from blinkit customer support side again and again that the order was delivered correctly . The team didnt bother to understand that the item was damaged from inside and one will only understand the same when the seal is opened.

I wanted to return the item and get my refund as the it was costly enough yet the experience was so bad with the product.

So initiate the pickup and refund as soon as possible as in such cases where other delivery apps does the return within few minutes once a complain is registered there i am waiting for last 13 days to get my product returned and get my money back .
I am really irritated and frustrated with the services so initiate the return asap.

If no action is taken in 48 hours, I will escalate the matter legally via the National Consumer Helpline and file a case on eDaakhil (Consumer Court).
