ORDERED 30 KG RICE BAG AND PAID RS.1699.00 ON 20th January 2026
Delivered 23rd January 2026 with another 2 products
After opening the product the next day, one product was 1 kg of rice. I taught its different products, and checked in JIOMART app; it shows 30 kgs rice bag delivered

I immediately raised a ticket through customer care, and they asked me to share the picture. I shared the picture.
The customer care team communicated they will check and update the status in 3 to 5 working days. After 4 days I called again, and I came to know my ticket was closed because there were no proper images.
Then I raised the ticket again and shared the image again, and the team asked to open the product to visible. I open product-provided picture and videos through the app and email
After a couple of days, I got an email saying your ticket was closed, and then I called customer care again; they opened it again and promised to send a person to the home to measure the product for resolution. After 5 days the ticket was closed
Since January 2024 to date, I have spoken to JOIMART Customer Care team at least 8 times; every time they are opening and closing the ticket without resolution

There is no resolution
Whatever images I shared, they clearly show the order number. I still hold the same cover as a prof. How come in a small bag they can deliver 26 or 30 kg of rice?
I am unable to share the video here. I shared the same images and video throu email to Jiomart. But below email got from Jiomart on February 4th 2026
