We ordered below items through swiggy with captioned order number but item delivered was wrong and missing. I ordered for
1 Reshmi Chicken
2 Butter Naan
3 Keema Naan
Instead of Reshmi Chicken we received mix veg and butter Naan is not there.
From chat i have not received any resolution after chat with different persons and whole dinner was spoiled and we are harassed because of these people.
I tried for resolution for almost one hour and didn't get any resolution and it's no cooking Sunday in our family and my mother have to cook the food because of your unprofessional behaviour and we don’t even able to eat properly because of these people
I want to file a case against SWIGGY as they don’t give and resolution after multiple follow ups and don’t even tried once to contact restaurant for redelivery of correct items.
Also want a compensation of 10 lakhs for the mental harassment they cause to me and family especially my mother
