Last night, I ordered a meal from Barbeque nation, Virar West YK nagar of Rs 1200 rs

1. I didn’t received 4pcs coke can

A. When we called restaurant, restaurant blamed delivery boy and delivery boy blamed restaurant

B. Then, after sometime manager agreed to refund money, but it has been 24 hours. No refund has been made of 4 piece coke can.

2. The food was smelling bad, and we couldn’t eat a single bite.
A. Went we call restaurant to return the order, he just fooled us and till night 3 am. And no one came to pick up the order
B. Now not a single person picking my call not from restaurant

Pls help me to get my money back, of full order value

3. It’s now 3 day no reply form Zomato and restaurant about refund
