I ordered from zomato at 0014 exact it indicated that they will deliver my food in 30 mins delivery partner was nearby my location when I called him and he didn’t respond after some time the delivery map was showing that he left without ordering and when I tried to complain on zomato customer care they it was a computer who was replying and for 2 hrs it kept saying that there is no delay from our side and I requested them to provide me a human agent who will be there to assist me but it refused and kept saying that there is no delay such a irritating experience also my order was prepaid
