I ordered few items from Bakewell bakery Satara. Rider didn’t deliver full order . I called rider and bakery , according to bakery rider forgot another parcel. Rider then refused to deliver,
I emailed on order.zomato.com explained everything on email (i was hoping to get a call from zomato and refund of items which wasn’t delivered)
But instead of that 2 days after I received reply from zomato saying they are unable to take any further action. It cost me money, time and stress aa well. This is mental harassment that they didn’t even care to solve this
