I ordered food on 10 Dec 2025 from Zomato.
It was literally a mental harassment of 2 hours.

Order price - Rs 1100

First the delivery partner couldnt locate the address . I was in constant connect with Zomato support, the support kept on changing and I kept explaining myself.

Waited near the main gate for 30 minutes but didnt receive any order.

The delivery partner marked the food delivered due to which the refund was also not granted.

Pathetic deliver and support service. Never ordering again. Attaching all documents.
