I have ordered for a lehenga on 15th Nov through my what’s app for rs 4999, and after receiving my payment she stopped responding . Time to time she say jus Hlo Andi and that’s it she don’t update anything further. Recently she replied and asked me for my order details and I shared everything with her but no response after that . This is repeated few times and again no response now . I keep on following up with them but no use . I’m totally fed up with them and I ordered the outfit for my daughter’s function and this is a total mess . I would like to file a complaint and take serious action against them and I need my refund asap. I tried a lot to get them answerable for this but no luck . It’s a minimum courtesy to update a customer which Deepra store failed to do so .

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

Same with me , I have reported as scam in instagram pls do the same
 
I have reported so many times and no use . Every single day they keep posting videos and taking orders so what’s the point ? And even here there is no update or actions taken against this .
