Every single day, it’s the same response: “Please allow us more time.”
24 hours → 48 hours → repeat. No resolution, no accountability—just endless delays.
I’ve followed up multiple times across chats and support, shared all required details, and yet nothing has moved forward. Instead, it’s been a cycle of false timelines and zero ownership.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s mentally exhausting. After working long days, the last thing anyone should deal with is chasing their own money for over a month.
And just to highlight—I’m a Platinum+ MMT Black member. If this is the level of service for their premium customers, I can only imagine what others go through.
At this point, I’m left with no option but to escalate this legally and file an official complaint.
If you’re planning to book through MakeMyTrip—please think twice.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Make my Trip customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
