Hi,

I booked SG151 on 30th March from Delhi to BLR, which was delayed by 6 hours. As per policy i cancelled my flight expecting a full refund, and had to pay additional to book an ad-hoc flight. It has been 4 weeks now and I have not received refund. I confirmed with SC officials before cancellations and they confirmed i will get a full refund. Additionally, their customer care on call has put me on 15-20 minutes waiting time with no resolution, and have given fake timelines eveyrtime i have spoken to them. There is no response from SG escalation email desk as well. It has been extremely poor experience and while I will not fly SG again and actively recommend others to avoid it, i am entitled to my refund and value for the time they have cost me incrementally.
