I had taken a mobile connection from JT mobile during 1996 and the phone number was 9845008596. Later during the year 1999-2000 Bharati Airtel Limited acquired JT mobile and the mobile services were provided by Bharati Airtel limited.
I am using the same mobile number as on date. This number was transferred to Doopadagiri Estate Limited and the mobile number was being used by me, and again the number was transferred to me
During 2020 airtel announced family plan of Rs.1400/- per month which includes 4 sim connection with Rs.300/- worth TV channels and I have taken this plan with the following numbers 9845008596, 9901187174, 9481368717 and 9448439549 and TV connection. I have made all the payments till date for the bills raised by Airtel.
In the Feb 2025 airtel sent a bill for Rs. 28340.20, including previous dues of Rs. 22310.41. I had sent mail asking for clarification on 28th Feb 2025. For which they have replied that this dues is prior to Feb 25. I had asked for the details but they were unable to provide any details.
On 14th March they informed me that post bill generation date to till date outstanding will be considered as an unbilled amount. When I objected on 16th March they informed me charges are validate and as per your plan.
On 21st April 2025 I went to an airtel service center at Srinivasanagar to sort out the issue and spent 1.5 hours . Unfortunately the AirTel team was unable to give details about the dues, and they could only tell that these is the dues which is pending. They were clueless about the dues. They advised me to complain again on 121, which I did. The Airtel team on 121 were also clueless about the dues and gave me a ticket number 45993522 at 2.44 pm and said that their team would call back with the details.
I made a payment of Rs.2065/- on 21st April 2025 for the monthly bill which was due on 22nd April excluding the disputed amount at the Airtel service center.
After I came out from Airtel service center at 2.50 pm one of the Airtel team members called me at 3.51 pm and told that if I don’t pay the dues the services will be disconnected.
I received so many calls from Airtel and told me that the services will be disconnected.
I have enclosed the details of correspondences made, bills sent by Airtel on SMS to my mobile number, Receipts for payments made for the same.
I had made a complaint to the nodal officer on 12th May 2025, and they replied as below:

They replied me stating that you have to pay the dues as shown in the bill.
Again I have replied to them to give the details of the dues which they have shown in the bill and how they have arrived at it on 28th May 2025. They replied on 30th May 2025 as below:
Dear Customer,
This is in response to your email regarding for your Airtel connection.
We are working on your email. We will revert you with an update shortly.

After this, Till date I have not received any answer.
Even after visiting their service center personally to sort out the issue and they were unable to give the details of the dues, the services were disconnected on 26th of April 2025 unilaterally.
As I am using this mobile number from past 30 years and due to unfair trade practice by Airtel this has caused lot of mental agony and loss of business to me.
It is therefore respectfully prayed that the forum to direct Bharati Airtel to restore the services immediately.
