I have purchased a watch from Amazon in the month of May. It was a boltt’s company’s watch. The days I received from tgat day itself the watch w was damaged. It has no display. It was written in the Amazon platform that if the watch is damaged I have to contact the Watch company. I contact boltt and filed complaint against the damaged Watch and requested for a replacement. It is a terrible experience with this Watch company that after receiving this damage product I had to pay the company the delivery cost of the Watch to send them back. I paid the delivery charge so that they can arrange a pick up of the Watch. However it’s been almost 3 months I have not received the replaced Watch or the refund money. I want to ask how difficult it is for a big company like Bolt to send me my replaced Watch or send me at least an email with an update. it was a worst experience with this and it’s a harassment as well. I need an explanation or a repay from this company that they have harass me this entire 3 months.
