I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Swiggy. I placed an order and completed the payment via UPI, but I have not received any confirmation, tracking details, or delivery.

The payment was successfully deducted from my account, yet my food has not been delivered till now. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a lot of inconvenience and wasted time waiting.
I demand that you immediately deliver my food or initiate a full refund for the deducted amount. Additionally, I expect compensation or refund of delivery charges for the delay and inconvenience caused due to your service failure.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond immediately with a clear resolution.
