amazon not doing refund for return product even not collecting product

I order arquin piano sink 3''*18"*9" inch waterfall kitchen sink 304 grade stainless steel with led panel & digital display sink with integrated multifunctional waterfall & pull down faucet on dated 3 January 2026 order number 408-2929907-3797137 i received on 11 January 2026 and requested return but no one came to pickup then i again requested for pickup on 14 January 2026 again it fail to pickup no one came and even I called executive multiple times then again i scheduled on 16 January 2026 again 19January 2026 then aging 20 January then 22 January till today date 26January2026 in between I call customer care every day but they use to tell me our policy is we do three attempts after that we provide you advance refund , as I already attempted more then 5 to 6 time they did not consider that so i told them you have done more then three attempts but they denied and force me to wait and every day I talk to them they tell me last pickup we will do tomorrow then we will refund you money so i told them to send mail for this and they even send me mail for same in that its clearly mention if pickup not done till 25 January 2026 they will do advance refund but when i am calling them again on 26January2026 again they want me to wait till tomorrow and they can not do anything and cut my call i told them i am going for consumer court then also they denied to send mail what they promises , i have their call recording also
they are harassing me mentally also they do not care for customer satisfaction what they do is doing scheme and making customer fool i request you to give me justice ,
REASON I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT IS ITS USED AND DAMAGED 1ST I WANTED TO EXCHANGE BECAUSE I WANTED THIS SINK BUT THEY DENIED TO EXCHANGE AND ASK ME FOR RETURN AND DO REFUDN PROCESS THIS IS BIG SCHAME FROM AMAZON AND THEY MENTION SINK IS 304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL BUT 304 MARK IS NOT AVALEBEL ON PRODUCT AS WELL AS PACKAGING
