Gulf Air cancelled flight on Mon 23 March, 2026

Cancellation request raised on 30 March 2026 via call
App tracker says Refund processed but mail from goibibo on 02 May 2026 says no refund applicable.
As per rule I am supposed to get refund if the Airlines cancels the flight.
Phone calls to Goibibo says your refund is processed only voice calls. No representative attended.

I have received refund from Etihad, Saudia since they had cancelled their flight.

I am attaching the cancellation mail from Gulf Air and No refund letter from Goibibo for your reference.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, that no room was provided even after pre-booking and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
