Ordered a wooden temple from Vibrcraft for RS 6767.15 and delivered on April 22 2026.
Order number- ODVC2421973645
It was damaged and we immediately on the same day within 10-12 hours beofre their policy time period of 24 hours, we contacted them on the official email, whatsapp. Despite multiple emails and whatsapp followup they have neither reply, revert, respond and communicate with us.

Hoping with consumercourt for their positive involvement and help us to eshtablished just a contact with this company and resolve the issue of return - pick up - refund.
