GOIBIBO not refunding money for cancelled airline ticket for 8 Weeks

It is a matter of mental agony , i have gone through because of non-payment of refunded airline ticket .
I have been continuously following up with GOIBIBO who have not paid till today a refunded amount of Rs 15999.00.
I feel pretty of the customer care agent who are bound to such stupid system for any information or status to share with customer
with limited access and right .
 
To support my case , Iam attaching documents of ticket , status of refund, follow up call made to customer care o goibibo
