The R K Network is vendor for INSTAnet company. A person , introducing himself as 'Rishu' owner of R K network, operating from address- Panchvati Colony, Beur, Patna got Rs 4200 from UPI for six months advance for Fibre Internet rentals. But after one month, he failed to provide service. From last 20 days NO SERVICE is there. He is not responding to call. No method of ticket / complaint raising is there. The internet is hired for CCTV to monitor old parents in their nineties. Due to shortage of services, the security and caring of senior citizens are compromised.
