I am 75 years old and suddenly my Sim has been blocked and not able to make any calls or use the internet. The sim was delivered in my house after submitting all the details and kyc.
The mobile number associated with the SIM is 77#####54
I have been using this number for the past 2years, and it is linked to several important services including banking, UPI, and work-related communications. The barring of this SIM has caused significant inconvenience.
I kindly request you to look into the reason for the barring and guide me through the necessary steps to get it reactivated. If any documents or formalities are needed from my end, I am ready to provide them at the earliest. If not please refund the amount I have used to recharge and I will change to jio service or bsnl
