I am trying everyday for refund it's almost one month but atoz claim denied two times seller is not even replying properly only saying contact amazon customer support

I ordered Luminous Inverter & Battery Combo with Trolley for Home, Shop & Office – Zolt 1100 (900VA/12V) Pure Sine Wave Inverter + RC25000 200Ah Tall Tubular Battery | 36M Warranty on Inverter & Battery on 27th sep 2025 but product was marked undeliverable on 08th oct 2025 after that I am trying for refund but amazon customer support is continuously telling me to wait for 48 more hrs
A to z claim was denied two times amazon is not providing my product or refund .
Amazon is telling that seller will provide the refund or seller is replying that contact amazon customer support for refund. They both blaming each other.
