Hi,
We have bought 55 inch TV in the month of February 2024 with 2 years warranty.
Unexpectedly, unit is not switching ON from 06th June 2025.
We have given complaint to customer care , till date there is no proper response. For recent calls to them they are disconnecting the calls after knowning name and complaint.
TV to be replaced or Dealer should pay 6% interest for this failure and the time wasted.
