I had purchased a Daikin Air Conditioner and raised a complaint regarding its defect in March 2026. However, despite the passage of more than three months, the issue has not been resolved. I have made multiple follow-ups and escalations with the company, but no permanent solution has been provided. After repeated escalation, Daikin arranged for a temporary installation of a Voltas AC, assuring that it was only a short-term arrangement until my defective AC is repaired or replaced. It has now been more than 15 days since the temporary unit was installed, and there has been no update or communication from the Daikin service team regarding repair or replacement. This delay and lack of action clearly amount to deficiency in service, negligence, and has caused significant inconvenience and mental harassment to me. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve the issue amicably, the company has failed to fulfill its obligation.
