Dear Sir,
I have bought a Acer smart tv from amazon. I have a complain about their service. My TV wifi board and mother board is having problem from July 2025. Since then they just time pass and do not provide any solution.
I have attached the mail which is going on.
Please look in this matter seriously. I want full refund of my paid amount and do strict action on the company.
