Dear Madam/Sir,
I bought a product from NYKAA FASHION APP, the order ID is NYK45603933-6780323 on 12th October. The delivery was expected on 15th of October. It was for a gift purpose and we have Durgapuja in our state.
But the delivery was so delayed 23/10/2026 after Durga puja. and there is no more use of it.
So I requested for a return immediately after getting the product. Return was confirmed but nobody came to pick it up.
In this situation would you please take the initiative and do the needful
