I have taken DTH connection from Airtel on July month for my parents tv,I have given my address proof and paid 2500 for Settop box and 6 months subscription but the DTH connection was in some others name and registered mobile number I tried contact customer care,and mailed to customer care many times but I didn't get any response,pls do the needful.
