I met Airtel salesperson 06/08/25 for the wifi plan and he advised to choose 40Mbps plan on the basis of my requirements (3-4 Laptops, 5-6 Mobiles and 3-4 Televisions) and i have opted to use this plan yesterday only as i was fed up with the service of local vendor. I was facing so many problems with his service like daily disruption in the connection, wircutting, etc. this is also the reason for the shifting to Airtel but after the setup of this new connection with Airtel i felt that 40Mbps is not enough as the picture quality was blurry and somewhere the picture is also lagging. On above that, the Wifi is not working since last night around 9.30 p.m. till today. I was trying to contact salesperson again for this and because of suffering of this issue i have wasted yesterday and today again so i requested him to disconnect the service then he informed me to send the email to airtel customer service. When i asked him the email id then he sent the website address only, it seems that he doesnt have the email id of airtel. I found customer service number from web and tried to call but unable to reach airtel customer service executive. I also tried to log complaint on airtel app so today on 07/08/25 2 executives came at 11.00 a.m for checking the problem and they states that some power outrage issue in there box. One of the executive pushed me to check my mobile for these power outage updates sent on my phone also by airtel yesterday for which i already informed that i have not received any updates regarding this. Airtel is mentioning 9810012345 but you will not be able to talk customer service executives on this number or atleast you have to wait for 30 minutes if you have very good luck to speak with them. I was trying on this number only since morning 07/08/25 to talk to them but unable to reach.
I have requested them to deduct 2 days charge from my payment INR 2355/- and refund the remaining amount and the same i have requested to the sales person Mr. Navi of Airtel but he said, " talk to Airtel" and Airtel customer executives are saying that the amount is not refundable.
This is really cheating and harrasment by AIRTEL as i am suffering because of them. Airtel has hired people with no information just to allure people who are suffering from the local vendors, but still local vendors are not cheating like Airtel is doing amd try to resolve the issue with in 1-2 hours and even ready to refund the amount.
I request you to discontinue your services and refund my payment, I dont want to continue further.
