Dear Blue Dart Team and Ajio Team
Regarding my recent orders I purchased two products from Ajio which were delivered around May 7th. Due to issues with product quality and sizing I initiated return requests These requests were initially canceled several times due to operational issues on Ajios part Subsequently repeat return requests were made and Blue Dart picked up the return couriers on May 22 2026 The relevant order IDs and Blue Dart AWB numbers are as follows
1. Order ID FN1019705831 AWB No 76047533284 Return ID RT215631133
2. Order ID FN9498706591 AWB No 76047533575 Return ID RT215676015
However since May 22nd, there have been no updates on the portal No OTP was shared with Blue Dart, and the status on the Ajio portal remains unchanged with the returns now showing as canceled or rejected These appear to be internal technical or operational issues on your end and I question why the customer is bearing the burden of repeated follow-ups
The service provided by both Ajio and Blue Dart has been unsatisfactory.
We kindly request your cooperation in resolving the refund inquiry for the Ajio and Bluedart orders. Please either resolve the issue or provide a refund for both orders. Failure to do so will result in a complaint being filed with other department which may negatively impact your company's ratings.
