My order was supposed to be delivered to me a week ago, but the customer care team keeps citing logistics issues and keeps pushing delivery dates. no updates regarding the expected delivery date is sent to me. When i call customer care, they give vague answers like, wait till 9 pm if not delivered tell us and we will expedite, when its not delivered and i call them, they say again to wait till 9 pm cause its not in their hands and they cannot cancel delivery OR for that matter, push the delivery asap. and after these nonsense replies, they cut the calls whilst i am still talking to them. This has happened thrice. i have waited for a response thrice. My order is already paid, but there is no update (on the app, or from customer care) on how to cancel the order. We cannot cancel the order. the customer care personnel once even told me, "Mam, when the delivery guy comes to your doorstep with order, you can refuse to take the order and you will then get a refund in next 3-4 days after the request is processed".
I mean, if i am getting the order why would i cancel it? I would rather cancel the order and take refund when i am not getting the order. Really upset with how this has been taken care of by Ajio team.
