There have been several email exchanges with Aamazfit India since December 2023 . They were not bothered to get a solution--namely get me a charger for mty Amazfit X Smart Band .The result-I have not been able to use my smart band nearly for 2 years now. They even misinformed me that they have it and is available at Rs499 and then hastily withdrew their offer. They asked me to buy it on Alibaba .com or ask someone ( a friend )who is coming from SEAsia to get it
The INdia office of Amazfit HAS BEEN TERRIBLE-UNRESPONSIVE
I had sent a legal notice to botth their MD at Amazfit India at their HO ( shown in their website) 142/2, Transport Nagar, Agra ,Uttar Pradesh. a copy of legal notice was also sent to Customer Care Head as well-at same address on 14 th February 2024. REGRETABLY, THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE

How do you tolerate such Chinese companies in India-who do not care about After sales service/product support . They did not even have the courtesy of offering an equivalent latest model.
I request the most severe action on Amazfit India. I have all the emails as well as whats app exhanges with the company.And NOW I am seeking the Consumer Forum to DELIVER JUSTICE please

Hello Huami Customer Care Chief,

I write with great concern and am absolutely DISSATIFIED about the pathetic responsiveness of AMAZFIT India.
They take a long time to respond/dont respond to emails.Unlike that I got a very good response from support@amazfit.com

It is a SAD situation that a Co like Huami present in 72 countries CANNOT support a customer in TERMS of supply a Magnetic USB Charger. I bought this watch in June 2020 and even after 3 years--the said Charger has NOT been placed on Flipkart/Amazon for the convenience of customers.

In such a case -it is the bounden duty of HUAMI to INTERVENE and advise the India business to supply the same. Regretably--the emails are not being escalated in Amazfit India.
I am therefore seeking redressal from Huami HQ to do the needful
