Hi Everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the incorrect product delivered to me and the subsequent denial of my refund and replacement request.

I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 5G Smartphone (Order No: 403-6406931-2763507) on 21st January 2026 through Amazon India. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that the processor variant delivered (exynos)does not match the specifications mentioned on the product page(snapdragon )at the time of purchase. This clearly indicates that I received a different variant than what was advertised.

I immediately contacted Amazon customer support and provided all relevant proof, including invoice details and product information. Despite this, my request for refund and replacement has been denied without proper explanation or resolution. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially after being a loyal Amazon customer for many years.

If the product delivered does not match the advertised specifications, I request a clear explanation for the denial of my refund and replacement request. As a customer, I relied on the product description provided on your platform, and receiving a different variant constitutes misleading information and deficiency in service.

I respectfully request the following actions to resolve this matter:

• Arrange an immediate refund or replacement with the correct product as advertised.
• Provide a clear and detailed explanation for denying my refund and replacement request.
• Address the lack of proper resolution despite providing valid proof and raising the complaint promptly.

I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved at the earliest. However, if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable time, I will be constrained to pursue appropriate remedies through the National Consumer help

I have already shared all relevant details and supporting documents and am keeping a record of all communications for further reference.

I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.

Ask the amazon to know where the IMEI number is mentioned on the invoice or bill.

IMEI no. is mentioned on the box, but we need the details mentioned on the invoice or bill.
