I initially went for cancellation on 25th Oct of the order number 408-4119277-9661162 after it was not delivered after 15 days, I was assured by Amazon that the order no 408-4119277-9661162 is cancelled and the amount of 28000/-will be refunded in 7 working days and insisted me to reorder the same product from the same seller on the higher value of Rs 40000/- . I trusted amazon and reordered the same product vide order number 408-1999131-9727567 on the higher amount after getting the assurance that the balance amount will be refunded to me after the delivery of the product.
