Hi,
I have ordered "Genus MaxiLion 1000 VA Inverter with Upto 12 Year Life Integrated 1280Wh Lithium-Ion Battery for Home Office & Shop - Full 5 Year Product Warranty" on 10th June'26. That product came for delivery on 13th June'26. From that day to till now I'm calling to Amazon customer support on daily basis to cancel the partial and refund the amount as it's prepaid. Everytime Amazon customer support executive is saying by today eod it'll get cancel. I had sent the mail. But despite that my partial is not cancelling by Amazon. 2 day back delivery person called and asking otp for cancellation of the partial while that otp is of delivery not cancellation. These types of fraud is going on by Delhivery and Amazon. Kindly cancel my partial and refund my amount.
