Dear Sir/Madam,
Refer attached invoice and warranty card of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 mobile phone purchased from Amazon.com on 17/08/2024.
The device is faulty and not working at all. After checking with Redmi / Xiaomi Nashik Service center it turned out that IMEI isdated 27/08/2020 and phone motherboard was replaced 4 years back. The phone is faulty and its a complete fraud. Please advice.
