I placed an order for shoes from carlton London from Amazon app. Order number is 408-6584799-7308334.
Only one shoe was delivered.I created the return. The delivery pick up person refused to pick up the order. I tried calling customer care multiple times, Amazon kept cancelling my pick up three to four times. They informed me that they have the policy of refunding the amount if the pick up gets cancelled three times. Even than they refused to do the refund. The pick up person who came for the first time was very rude, I complained against him too. I want my refund. Amazon has really disappointed. Please take required action.
